41st Scientific Assembly of the Committee on Space Research, Istambul, 30 July -7 August 2016

The 41st Scientific Assembly of the Committee on Space Research (COSPAR)
will bring together thousands of scientists and engineers from all over
the world to present their latest results in more than 80 symposia and
special events covering all areas of space science to take place in
Istambul, Turkey, 30 July-7 August 2016.

I am most pleased to invite you to attend and deliver a talk at the
event "Dark Energy and Dark Matter" that is being organised under the
authority of the COSPAR Scientific Commission H on Fundamental Physics
in Space. The main purpose of this meeting is to discuss the latest
results on dark energy and dark matter, and their observational
implications and experimental testing in space.
