The Square Kilometre Array (SKA) is an international effort to build the world’s largest radio telescope, with a square kilometre array of collecting area. The telescope will be co-located in Australia and Africa. The SKA Organisation, with its Headquarters at Jodrell Bank Observatory, near Manchester in the UK, formalises relationships between the international partners and centralises the leadership of the project.
